Soraya

Her personal adventure with yoga started in Rio de Janeiro in 2012 where she lived for 3 years. She did a first training in vinyasa yoga, tinged with teachers from all over the world endowed with a wealth of magical teaching such as Dharma Mittra, Acro-Yoga, Kundalini Yoga. She taught her first classes in Rio. Before leaving Rio to settle in Geneva, she attended a second training in hatha yoga and yin yoga in Costa Rica. Then, she opened the Studio Soham, and trainings followed.

Among others : yoga therapy in India in 2019, kundalini yoga from 2016 to 2019, purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, training in Gestalt Therapy.
