After living in Japan for several years ,where she discovered yoga as well as a spiritual universe in accordance with her values, Clotilde moved to Paris where she staeyed for 4 years, working in the fashion industry ,a world where she got lost that didn't suit her. Returning to the Geneva region, Ishe then fully immersed herself in the practice of yoga as well as training, which allowed her to deepen her practice and to be able to teach it.

 

Passionate about alternative culture (metal music, techno music, tattooing etc ...) Clotilde has also created "Touch My Soul", events in Geneva which bring together tattoo artists, creators, electronic music, yoga, holistic therapists etc …

 

Now newly certified in Hatha Yoga, Women's Yoga Therapy and wellness and nutrition coach, she offer mainly Hatha-Flow classes which mix traditional Hatha-Yoga with Vinyasa.
