Among those 10 bodies, we have the positive (projective) mind, that sees all the possibilities and is willing to take risks, the negative (protective) mind and the neutral mind. None of them is better than the other, we just need to find the right balance.
In our fear-based societies, where our current circumstances are quite uncertain, where media relay only negative stories, we often have a negative, protective mind that is overstimulated. At the dawn of this new year, why not strengthen the positive mind, which allows us to take actions towards our dreams and plans? We often get this spark on 1stJanuary, but it can quickly diminish already after a few days.
This practice will strengthen our willpower, our confidence and trust in ourselves and in life, and open our hearts. It will include asanas (poses), breathwork, a meditation with a special mudra and inner mantra, and a relaxation.
