Nadine's class will focus on breathing exercises, mindfulness, stamina, pelvic floor work, core strength and restorative poses. Prenatal Yoga helps to become more balanced and at the same time stronger and more resilient during and after pregnancy. Anyone is welcome to beginners or men!
